Chiusura natalizia delle Case dello Studente

SEDE DI TRIESTE

Le Case dello Studente E3 ed E4, il comprensorio URBAN e palazzo de Bassa a Gorizia (anche per gli studenti dell’Università di Udine assegnatari del posto alloggio presso la Casa dello Studente di Gorizia) rimarranno chiusi dalle ore 10.00 del 23 dicembre 2014 alle ore 08.00 del 3 gennaio 2015.

SEDE DI UDINE

Le Case dello Studente di Udine (viale Ungheria e polo Rizzi), di Pordenone e di Gemona del Friuli rimarranno chiuse dalle ore 10.00 del 23 dicembre 2014 alle ore 08.00 del 7 gennaio 2015.

Come previsto dall’art. 34.2 del bando unico per l’attribuzione dei benefici regionali, gli studenti assegnatari di posto alloggio a Trieste e/o Udine che abbiano effettive difficoltà logistiche e che ne facciano motivata richiesta, potranno alloggiare durante il periodo di chiusura delle Case, nelle stanze a tale scopo destinate presso la Casa dello Studente E3 di Trieste. Tali studenti sono invitati  a presentare  entro l’11 dicembre 2014 richiesta di alloggio via e-mail all’indirizzo tania.furlani@regione.fvg.it o, se assegnatari di alloggio al comprensorio Urban, a dario.clean@regione.fvg.it. In riscontro sarà trasmesso ai richiedenti apposito modulo da consegnare, compilato e firmato, entro il giorno 15 dicembre 2014 presso lo sportello ARDISS dell’Edificio E4 a Trieste, oppure da inviare scannerizzato via mail all’indirizzo tania.furlani@regione.fvg.it  o, se assegnatari di alloggio al comprensorio Urban, a dario.clean@regione.fvg.it.

Per detto alloggio gli studenti dovranno previamente provvedere all’integrazione della retta per l’importo di € 30,00 pari alla differenza tra quanto dovuto come studente assegnatario e quanto dovuto come ospite temporaneo.

Dal 18 dicembre 2014, nell’edificio E3, sarà messo a disposizione degli studenti interessati un magazzino dove potranno lasciare i loro effetti personali per il periodo di chiusura per le festività natalizie.

The Student Residences E3 & E4, the URBAN Housing Area and Palazzo de Bassa in Gorizia (also for students attending the University of Udine beneficiaries of the accommodation at the Student Hall of Gorizia) will close from 10 a.m. on the 23^rd December 2014  until 8.00 a.m. on the 3^rd  January 2015.

UDINE HEADQUARTERS

The Student Residences of Udine (Viale Ungheria and Polo Rizzi), of Pordenone and Gemona del Friuli will close from 10 a.m. on the 23^rd December 2014  until 8.00 a.m. on the 7^th  January 2015.

As provided for by the art. 34.2 of the Joint Announcement for the regional benefits, assignee students in Trieste and/or Udine who have real accommodation difficulties can be accommodated, upon motivated request, in the rooms designated for that purpose at the Student Residence E3 of Trieste during the closure of the Residences. Such students are kindly asked to send the request for the accommodation within the 11^th December 2014 via e-mail to tania.furlani@regione.fvg.it or, for assignees of the accommodation at the URBAN Housing Area, to dario.clean@regione.fvg.it. In response to it, a specific form will be sent to the applicants, who have to fill in, sign and submit it to the ARDISS help-desk of building E4 in Trieste within the 15^th December 2014. The above mentioned form can be also scanned and sent via e-mail to tania.furlani@regione.fvg.it or, for assignees of the accommodation at the URBAN Housing Area, to dario.clean@regione.fvg.it.

For this period students have to pay an extra fee of € 30,00 which corresponds to the difference between the amount due as an assignee student and  the amount due as a temporary student.

From 18^th December 2014 a luggage storage in building E3 will be made available to students who need to store their personal effects during the Christmas Closure.
